Born in 2001 in San Martín, Enzo Fernández is an Argentine international footballer who plays as a midfielder. Having come through the ranks at Club Atlético River Plate and spent time at Benfica Lisbon before his historic move to Chelsea FC, he stands out for his vision, his long-range passing ability and his capacity to dictate the tempo in the heart of the game. During the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, he joined the starting line-up during the tournament and instantly established himself as a key figure in Argentina’s World Cup victory.
