Which courier will deliver my order?
For the Benelux countries, we deliver via Bpost. For France, we use Colissimo or Mondial Relay. For the rest of the world, we use the national post office of the country of delivery.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?
Yes, you can manage your addresses in your address book in the ‘My Account’ section.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We accept returns for defective items purchased on ShopForGeek within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Is it possible to return items and when can I do so?
The consumer has the right to notify ShopForGeek that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty or reason, within 14 calendar days from the day after the day of delivery of the goods. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Returns must be made in their original condition and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
