Discover Pochita in an unusually combative guise with this official vinyl figurine inspired by Chainsaw Man. Designed by Youtooz, it depicts the little Chainsaw Demon in a tense stance, ready to defend Denji against any creatures that might stand in their way. Its compact size of approximately 6.6 cm makes it easy to display on a desk, a shelf or alongside other characters in the collection.

Pochita is perched on his tucked-in hind legs and leans on his two front legs, which are stretched out wide. His large white eyes are narrowed in a furious expression, whilst a bead of sweat appears on the side of his face. This combination gives the character an attitude that is both determined and amusing, true to the caricature-style of Youtooz’s creations.

His orange body retains all the character’s iconic features. A long grey chainsaw blade protrudes from his snout, a sturdy black handle is positioned on his back, and his tail takes the form of a starter cord. The various mechanical elements contrast with his small paws and rounded proportions.

Origin and character lore

Pochita is the Chainsaw Demon and Denji’s first true companion. When the two characters meet, they are both seriously injured and isolated. Denji offers his blood to Pochita to save him, then strikes a deal with him based on a simple promise: the little demon will help him survive in exchange for the chance to watch his dreams.

They then become demon hunters to pay off the heavy debts left by Denji’s father. Pochita uses the blade protruding from his snout to fight, whilst Denji pulls the cord at the back of his body to start his chainsaw.

Following a betrayal that costs Denji his life, Pochita merges with him and replaces his heart. This sacrifice allows the young man to return to life and transform into Chainsaw Man by pulling the handle that now protrudes from his chest.

Behind his appearance as a small, affectionate animal, Pochita conceals a particularly fearsome power. In his true form, the Chainsaw Demon is capable of erasing from reality the demons he devours, along with the concepts associated with their names. This ability explains why many hellish creatures fear him or seek to seize his heart.

This figurine highlights a more aggressive side to the character. Its narrowed eyes, paws firmly planted on the ground and chainsaw pointed forwards serve as a reminder that Pochita remains a determined fighter, ready to take on an army of demons to protect Denji.
