Origin and background of the character

Jack Skellington is the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town. Tired of organising the same celebration year after year, he stumbles upon Christmas Town by chance and becomes fascinated by this festive season, whose traditions are completely foreign to him.

Convinced he can organise Christmas in his own way, Jack attempts to adopt its symbols with the help of his town’s inhabitants. However, his enthusiasm leads to a series of misunderstandings involving macabre decorations, unsettling presents and fantastical creatures.

This kit features one of the character’s most recognisable traits: his extremely expressive face, depicted here in numerous variations against a black background that stays true to the film’s gothic atmosphere.
