This stylised representation retains the Mark-1’s key visual elements, including its imposing armour, industrial silhouette and the massive structure positioned above its torso. Its metallic armour plates, pistons and red markings capture the robot’s rugged appearance whilst maintaining the compact and expressive proportions characteristic of the DefoStyle range.

Standing at a stated height of 16.5 cm, the figure is made from soft vinyl and features multiple points of articulation, allowing for a variety of poses. Fluorescent details integrated into its armour and turbines react to ultraviolet light to replicate the luminous elements visible on the Jaeger.

This Deluxe Edition comes with a display stand, a support to stabilise dynamic poses, and a UV lamp designed to charge and highlight the figurine’s luminescent parts. These accessories set it apart from the standard version, which features the same sculpt and articulation but does not include the display stand or the lamp.

Origin and background of the character

In Pacific Rim, Jaegers are gigantic combat robots built to battle the Kaiju, colossal creatures emerging from a rift at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean.

Cherno Alpha is a first-generation Russian Jaeger, or Mark-1, designed to withstand particularly violent impacts and engage in close-quarters combat. Its heavy build, reinforced armour and upper structure inspired by a nuclear reactor give it an instantly recognisable appearance.

Piloted by Sasha and Aleksis Kaidanovsky, Cherno Alpha takes part in the defence of Hong Kong alongside the last remaining operational Jaegers. This DefoStyle Deluxe figurine captures its massive appearance in a compact, articulated version, enhanced with glow-in-the-dark effects designed to make it stand out on display.
