Lore and story of the object:Rémy is a young field rat with a highly developed sense of smell and an innate talent for the culinary arts, which sets him apart from the other members of his colony led by his father Django. Refusing to eat rubbish, his destiny changes when he is separated from his family and finds himself in the sewers of Paris, just below the prestigious restaurant founded by his idol, chef Auguste Gusteau. Rémy goes into a clandestine partnership with Alfredo Linguini, a clumsy young kitchen assistant. By hiding under Linguini's chef's hat and manipulating his hair like a puppet, Rémy manages to express his gastronomic genius, revive the restaurant's reputation and win over the palate of the redoubtable food critic Anton Ego.
