Origin and character’s universe

Emilia is the main heroine of the famous dark fantasy light novel, manga and anime series Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World – (launched in 2012 by Tappei Nagatsuki). This young woman is a silver-haired half-elf who wields ice magic, a fact that leads the populace to fear her unjustly due to her striking resemblance to the fearsome Witch of Envy, Satella. An official contender for the throne of the Kingdom of Lugnica, she displays immense kindness and a selfless nature, looking after others even at the expense of her own well-being. She shares her life with Puck, a powerful, large feline spirit from the Ice Age with whom she has forged a magical pact. Puck, who takes the form of an adorable little grey cat with a pierced ear, acts as both a mentor and an overprotective father figure in her daily life, ready to unleash a cataclysm to defend her.
