Narrative context and universe (Lore)

In the world of the series, Rimuru Tempest is the main protagonist, originally a 37-year-old human named Satoru Mikami who is reincarnated in a fantasy world as a slime with unique abilities. Thanks to his abilities to absorb and analyse, he founds and leads the Jura Tempest Federation, a nation where monsters and humans coexist peacefully.

Although he was originally an amorphous gelatinous creature, Rimuru acquires the ability to take on an android-like human form after assimilating Shizue Izawa, an adventurer whose physical features he inherits. This figurine depicts this stabilised humanoid form, which he uses to interact with other leaders and deploy his magical powers during the geopolitical conflicts that punctuate the story.
