Origin and world of the character

The character of Vi originally comes from League of Legends, an online battle arena (MOBA) video game developed by Riot Games. Her storyline is developed centrally in the animated TV series Arcane. The story focuses on the political and technological tensions between the prosperous city of Piltover and the underground districts of Undercity. Vi, who grew up in the underworld of Zaun, is characterised by her hand-to-hand combat style and subsequent use of massive technological gauntlets, while navigating a complex personal conflict with her younger sister, Jinx.
