Capybara – All-Over Kawaii Print – Flannel blanket – 110 × 150 cm
Add a soft, relaxed atmosphere to your moments of rest with this Capybara flannel blanket, made by AyMax. Its 110 × 150 cm size is perfect for snuggling up on a sofa, finishing off a bed or adding a touch of kawaii to your bedroom décor.
The blanket features an all-over capybara print, depicting the animal in various expressions and humorous little scenes. Its beige and brown colour palette echoes the animal’s natural colours, whilst the stylised illustrations give it a warm and playful look.
Its flannel finish provides a soft, lightweight surface, perfect for reading, cosy evenings watching a film, or as an extra throw. Its single-size design means it can easily be draped over an armchair or sofa without taking up as much space as a traditional bed blanket.

Origin and habitat of the animal
The capybara, whose scientific name is Hydrochoerus hydrochaeris, is a semi-aquatic mammal native to South America. It belongs to the rodent family and is the largest living species in this order.
It generally lives near rivers, ponds, marshes and floodplains. Water plays a vital role in its way of life: it allows it to cool down, move around and escape certain predators. Its partially webbed feet also make swimming easier.
The capybara is a herbivore that feeds mainly on grasses, aquatic plants and other vegetation. Its eyes, ears and nostrils are positioned relatively high on its head, allowing it to remain almost entirely submerged whilst observing its surroundings.
It is particularly sociable and usually lives in groups. During the dry season, several groups may gather around waterholes to form much larger assemblies.
Its calm demeanour, rounded snout and gregarious behaviour have contributed to its popularity in kawaii culture and on social media. It is often depicted in peaceful or humorous situations, which is reflected in the relaxed motif used on this cover.
