Character background and lore
Created by manga artist Tatsuki Fujimoto, Beam is the Shark Fiend and a member of the Public Security Bureau’s 4th Special Anti-Demon Division. Unlike most other demons, Beam has a personality brimming with energy and enthusiasm, and displays a fanatical, almost religious devotion to Denji (Chainsaw Man), whom he respectfully calls ‘Lord Chainsaw’.
