DISNEY - Winnie The Pooh - Toilet Bag

Take a touch of sweetness with you wherever you go with this Winnie the Pooh-inspired toiletries bag. Designed by Cerdá under official Disney licence, it takes the rounded shape of a honey pot, one of the most iconic objects associated with the famous little bear from the Hundred Acre Wood.

The yellow top depicts honey dripping over the edges of the pot, whilst the body combines several shades of brown and beige. The handwritten inscription ‘HUNNY’, deliberately spelled as it is in the Winnie the Pooh universe, appears on the central band. The character’s face peeks out discreetly from the lower section, as if he were looking at the contents of the bag.

A circular zip allows the main compartment to be opened wide, providing space for toiletries, make-up, hair accessories or small personal items. The zip pull is decorated with a small yellow and white bee, a direct reference to the honey so beloved by Winnie. An integrated handle on the top makes it easy to carry by hand.

Origin and character background (Lore)

Winnie the Pooh is a gentle, dreamy little bear who lives in the Hundred Acre Wood. He shares his daily life with Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Rabbit, Owl and Christopher Robin, embarking on adventures that generally centre on friendship, helping one another and life’s little pleasures.

Winnie is particularly well known for his love of honey. He regularly stores this treat in jars labelled ‘HUNNY’ and doesn’t hesitate to devise plans – sometimes rather clumsy ones – to get his hands on more. The bees thus often become the unwitting adversaries of his honey-hunting expeditions.

The shape of this pencil case directly echoes this recurring symbol from the character’s world. The jar, the dripping honey, the bee hanging from the fastening and Winnie’s face come together to form an instantly recognisable design that is both functional and true to his sweet tooth.
