Character background and universe (Lore)

Vegito is the result of the fusion of Son Goku and Vegeta using the Potara earrings, worn by the Kaioshins. He appears during the Majin Buu arc in Dragon Ball Z.

This fusion combines the abilities, techniques and experience of the two Saiyans, giving rise to a fighter of exceptional power. Vegito also has a personality of his own, characterised by great self-confidence and a tendency to provoke his opponents.

In particular, he faces off against Super Buu after the latter has absorbed several fighters, demonstrating a considerable advantage despite his opponent’s power. His objective, however, is not merely to defeat Buu, but also to attempt to save those who have been absorbed.

Vegito later reappears in the Dragon Ball Super universe, where he notably achieves the Super Saiyan Blue transformation. This 20 cm Solid Edge Works figurine thus celebrates one of the most powerful and popular fusions in the entire Dragon Ball franchise.
