Player's world and background

Thierry Henry, born in 1977, is a French international footballer who played as a centre-forward and left winger from 1994 to 2014. A major player in the history of French football, he took part in four World Cup finals (1998, 2002, 2006 and 2010). He won the 1998 tournament on home soil, finishing as France's top scorer, and reached the final again in Germany in 2006. He also won Euro 2000, and for a long time remained the top scorer in the history of the French national team, with 51 goals in 123 appearances. Renowned for his speed, finishing technique and right-footed curls, this figurine commemorates his status as a historic figure in international football.
