Commander Iara is a brilliant alien scientist who has designed a technology capable of triggering violent earthquakes. Horrified by the destruction and cruelty of the Vega empire, he tries to rebel against the great king's plans for conquest. Captured and imprisoned for this act of treason, his destiny is turned upside down when the commander Lady Gandal threatens to attack his mother.
