Origin and character background
Scabior was an opportunistic wizard who served as a Snatcher during the Second Wizarding War. Hunting down Muggle-borns and supporters of the Order to claim Ministry bounties, he was part of the group led by the werewolf Fenrir Greyback. During their patrols, he and his accomplices managed to capture Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger in the forest after the trio accidentally broke the Taboo on Voldemort’s name. This strategic capture leads the mercenaries to take the prisoners directly to Malfoy Manor to hand them over to the Death Eaters.
