HATSUNE MIKU - Sakura Miku - Figure Evolve 23cm

This PVC figurine depicts the character Sakura Miku, a seasonal variation of the virtual singer Hatsune Miku. This model is produced by Banpresto as part of theFigurine Evolve collectible range.

The character is modelled in a dynamic, airy pose, with bent knees, evoking a jumping motion. The sculpture incorporates all her official features, including her very long, translucent pink hair adorned with cherry blossom (sakura) motifs, her cherry-shaped headbands with green leaves, and her headset. Her anthropomorphic stage outfit features shades of white and pink, comprising a sleeveless top with a tie, flared cuffs, a pleated skirt and matching long knee-high boots. A base with a transparent stand is included to keep the figurine stable in a raised position.

Hatsune Miku is a Vocaloid-style virtual musical entity originally developed by Crypton Future Media. This voice synthesis programme, embodied in the form of an anime-style pop idol, has become a global collaborative icon fuelled by the musical and graphic creations of its user community.

It transforms the character’s original design (usually characterised by blue-green tones and futuristic details) into a spring-themed colour scheme of all-pink and white. Her hair accessories have also been transformed into fruits to reflect the themes of nature and seasonal renewal that are central to this cultural celebration.
