Sitting at 9 inches tall, with the hugest toothiest smile creeping across his pale face, wide manic eyes staring out from above, golden-blonde hair covers his head as a thin snake wraps around the base of his white top hat, with a red band and golden crown at the front. Always regal and dressed to show it, he wears a white tailcoat with red trimming and a high collar, along with a black bowtie that rests on his neck above the striped shirt on his chest.
