Origin and character background (Lore)

Loona is one of the main characters in *Helluva Boss*, an animated series created by Vivienne Medrano and set in the world of Hell. She is a Hellhound employed as a receptionist by the assassination agency I.M.P. – Immediate Murder Professionals.

Adopted by Blitzo, the founder of I.M.P., Loona has a complex relationship with him, characterised by a mix of distance, sarcasm and familial attachment. Her reserved and often irritable nature contrasts with the chaotic energy of her colleagues, but she proves capable of great loyalty when the situation demands it.
