Character background and universe (Lore)

Leorio Paradinight is one of the main characters in Hunter x Hunter, a manga created by Yoshihiro Togashi. He meets Gon Freecss, Killua Zoldyck and Kurapika during the Hunter Exam, and quickly becomes one of their close companions.

At first glance, Leorio comes across as someone who is very interested in money. However, this attitude masks a much nobler motivation: he wishes to become a doctor so that he can treat people who cannot afford healthcare free of charge.

Unlike many of his companions, Leorio is not primarily defined by his fighting abilities. He stands out above all for his frank, impulsive and deeply loyal nature, as well as his sense of justice.

As the series progresses, he also develops his Nen skills and becomes more involved in the world of the Hunters. This 28 cm Grandista figurine thus pays tribute to a key member of the main quartet, often admired for his humanity, his sense of humour and his loyalty to his friends.
