Discover Gon, Kurapika and several iconic members of the Phantom Troupe with this display set of 24 Hunter × Hunter – Series 2 3D Foam Bag Clip keyrings, designed by Monogram International. Each mystery pouch contains a small embossed figurine to attach to a bag, pencil case, zip fastener or set of keys.

The display pack contains 24 individual opaque pouches. The figure in each pouch is selected at random and can only be revealed once the pouch is opened. As a result, multiple identical figures may be present in a single display pack, whilst completion of the entire collection is not guaranteed.

This second series comprises 11 collectable designs: Gon, Kurapika with his scarlet eyes, Melody, Uvogin, Machi, Shalnark, Shizuku, Phinks and Pakunoda. Two rare ‘chase’ variants featuring Chrollo and Hisoka complete the range.

Origin and backstory of the characters (Lore)

Hunter × Hunter, created by Yoshihiro Togashi, follows Gon Freecss, a young boy who wants to become a Hunter in order to find his father, Ging. Hunters are adventurers who hold a licence allowing them to explore forbidden territories, search for treasure, track down criminals or study rare creatures.

Gon stands out for his optimism, his highly developed senses and his determination. During the Hunter Exam, he befriends Killua, Leorio and Kurapika.

Kurapika is the last known survivor of the Kuruta clan. When his emotions become particularly intense, his eyes turn scarlet. He seeks to recover the eyes stolen from his people and to take revenge on the Phantom Troupe, also known as the Spiders.

Many of the figures in this Series 2 depict members of this criminal organisation. Chrollo Lucilfer is its leader: calm, charismatic and extremely dangerous, he possesses the ability to steal and use other people’s Nen powers.

Uvogin is one of the Brigade’s most physically powerful fighters. Machi uses threads of Nen to immobilise her opponents or heal wounds, whilst Shalnark can control others using an antenna and a telephone.

Shizuku wields a vacuum cleaner called Blinky, capable of absorbing numerous objects and substances. Pakunoda, for her part, possesses a power linked to memory, which is essential to the group’s operations.

Melody is a Hunter specialising in music. Her exceptional hearing allows her to perceive heartbeats and interpret a person’s emotions or intentions. She becomes an important ally to Kurapika during the York Shin arc.

Finally, Hisoka Morow is an unpredictable fighter drawn to opponents with great potential. Although he is temporarily affiliated with the Phantom Troupe, his motivations remain personal and he seeks, above all, to face powerful fighters. This collection thus reflects the central conflict between Kurapika and the Spiders, whilst also featuring Gon and several key figures from the York Shin arc.
