Uno is one of the main characters in the new generation of mutant turtles introduced in the expanded universe of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin, notably through the comic book series *The Lost Years* published by IDW Publishing from 2023 onwards. Raised in secret alongside his brothers and sisters (Yi, Odyn and Moja) by Casey Marie Jones and April O’Neil, Uno trains intensively to master martial arts and the art of ninjutsu. Among his siblings, he stands out for his serious, disciplined and protective nature, which makes him similar in character to Leonardo. Recognisable by his athletic build, he naturally assumes the role of tactical leader, ready to guide his siblings in defending a post-apocalyptic New York and honouring the lost traditions of the Hamato clan.
