Fortnite was born in 2017. The lucky creator, the American video game development and distribution studio Epic Games, designed three distinct game modes: the collaborative mode with Fortnite Save the World, player versus environment, which can include one or up to four participants, the creative mode and the survival mode, player versus player with Fortnite Battle Royal. The game in this last mode is gigantic, with no fewer than 100 participants. And beyond the multiplayer aspect, which is fuelling the success of the video game, making it a truly social experience based on sharing and logic, it's worth remembering that Fortnite is based on a specific economic model: free-to-play.
