Character background and universe (Lore)

Naruto Uzumaki is a young ninja from the Hidden Village of Konoha. Since birth, he has harboured within him Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox Demon that once attacked the village. The fear inspired by this creature led many of the villagers to keep Naruto at a distance during his childhood.

Despite this isolation, Naruto develops an energetic personality and refuses to give up on his dream: to become Hokage, the leader and protector of Konoha. In this way, he hopes to gain everyone’s recognition and prove that his worth does not depend on the demon sealed within him.

After completing his training at the Ninja Academy, Naruto joins Team 7 alongside Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno, under the guidance of Kakashi Hatake. The missions and trials they face help him to grow, but Sasuke’s defection becomes one of the most significant events in his journey.

In Naruto Shippuden, Naruto returns to Konoha after several years of training with Jiraiya. He must then face the Akatsuki organisation, which seeks to capture the tailed beasts, whilst pursuing his goal of bringing Sasuke back to the village.

Naruto specialises in particular in the Multi-Clone Technique and the Rasengan, a technique he perfects in various forms. He also learns to master Hermit Mode and then to cooperate with Kurama, gradually transforming the creature once responsible for his loneliness into a powerful ally.
