Snoopy is Charlie Brown’s dog in the Peanuts comic strip, created by Charles M. Schulz. Although he lives in a doghouse and sometimes behaves like an ordinary pet, he has a particularly vivid imagination and regularly imagines himself embarking on extraordinary adventures.

Among his best-known alter egos is the First World War flying ace, a heroic pilot battling the Red Baron from the roof of his kennel. Snoopy also imagines himself as a writer, lawyer, explorer or international star, giving rise to numerous humorous scenes.
