Origin and world of Sword of Coming

Sword of Coming is a Chinese fantasy work centred on a vast world of cultivation, martial arts, spirituality and swordsmanship. The story follows Chen Ping’an, a young man whose journey gradually leads him to discover a world far vaster than his original surroundings.

The narrative blends battles, spiritual growth and encounters with numerous characters from different schools, factions and traditions. The sword plays a central role, both as a weapon and as a symbol of personal mastery and self-transcendence.

This Q-Version animation deliberately adopts a much lighter approach: the protagonists are transformed into small figurines in chibi proportions, whilst retaining faces and clothing detailed enough to allow the characters from the animation to be recognised. SHOW.U TOYS presents this collection specifically as an adaptation of the main characters from *Sword of Coming* in a ‘deformed’ style.
