SPY x FAMILY is a manga created by Tatsuya Endo that blends espionage, family comedy and action. The story follows Loid Forger – the cover name of the spy Twilight – who is tasked with a delicate mission to preserve peace between two rival nations.

To achieve his goal, Loid must put together a fake family. He therefore adopts Anya, a young girl capable of reading minds, and then marries Yor, who also leads a double life as she secretly works as an assassin.

None of the three truly knows all the others’ secrets, with the exception of Anya, who, thanks to her telepathic powers, understands much of what is going on. This dynamic gives rise to numerous comical scenes whilst serving as a backdrop to espionage plots and dangerous missions.
