This figure and vehicle set from the legendary Vintage Collection range by leading manufacturer Hasbro depicts the brave, determined and indispensable Sith Lord before his rise to power: the relentless Darth Vader at the controls of his experimental fighter.

The figure features the stylised features and proportions characteristic of premium 3.75-inch scale collectable figures (approximately 9.5 cm tall). This specific model stands out for its configuration, which includes an exceptional vehicle: the Advanced TIE Fighter, with a proportional wingspan of approximately 25 to 30 cm in length, based on the range’s 3.75-inch scale. This collectable spacecraft features a highly detailed cockpit, elegant livery and an interchangeable wing panel simulating combat damage to provide the perfect display piece for collectors. The design captures the Dark Lord’s appearance at a specific moment, clad in his minimalist armour. The plastic sculpture pays meticulous attention to the character’s physical features, conveying his extraordinary strength of character through premium detailing. A former Jedi Knight tragically corrupted by the dark side, this formidable commander grew up under the ruthless doctrine of the New Order, learning to conceal his deep regrets and physical scars behind black cybernetic armour and a heavy breathing apparatus, thereby developing extraordinary strength of character in the face of the nascent rebel forces. At the controls of his advanced prototype TIE fighter, he personally patrols above the trenches of the first Death Star, using his heavy blaster cannons and his absolute mastery of the Force to mercilessly shoot down the insurgents’ star squadrons. This marks the beginning of a gruelling and legendary space battle, in which the Sith Lord unleashes his full fury to intercept Luke Skywalker’s fighter, proving himself the elite pilot essential to protecting the Empire’s military secrets before the Millennium Falcon’s surprise intervention upsets the balance of the battle.
