Recreate one of the iconic vehicles from Stranger Things with this model of the Chevrolet K5 Blazer driven by Jim Hopper, Chief of Police in Hawkins.

Manufactured by Revell under official licence, this kit reproduces the patrol car used by Hopper during the first three seasons of the Netflix series. The boxy body, the Hawkins Police livery, the roof-mounted light bar and the various interior fittings allow you to recreate the look of the off-roader as seen on screen.

This product is available as a Model Set. It includes the model kit, basic paints, glue and a paintbrush, providing the essential items needed to begin assembly. A sheet of decals matching the vehicle from the series and an illustrated instruction booklet are also included.

Origin and background of the vehicle

In *Stranger Things*, Jim Hopper is the police chief of the small town of Hawkins, Indiana. His Chevrolet K5 Blazer belongs to the local police force and accompanies him on many of his investigations.

Hopper uses the vehicle in particular during his investigations into the disappearance of Will Byers, whilst exploring the underground tunnels beneath Hawkins, and during the events linked to the national laboratory. The Blazer therefore appears regularly throughout the first three series.

In 1985, the vehicle is also used during the mission to free Alexei as part of the Soviet operation carried out beneath the Starcourt Mall. Its engine is severely damaged in the process, causing the vehicle to partially explode. This model allows the Blazer to be reconstructed in its original service condition and displayed alongside other items inspired by Hawkins and the Upside Down.
