This vinyl figure represents Gill'el (also known as Grommloc), an exclusive hybrid creature combining the appearance of a Murloc and that of the legendary Orc warlord Grommash Hurlenfer, from the extended universe of Blizzard Entertainment's online role-playing game, World of Warcraft.The model incorporates the stylistic characteristics of the Funko POP! range, combining an oversized head with a reduced body. The statuette merges the Murloc's amphibian morphology with the fierce attributes of the leader of the Chanteguerre clan. It reproduces his long, wild black hair, his characteristic dark lower jaw, his nose and body rings, and the famous Hurlesang(Bloodhowl) battle axe held firmly in his hand. Murlocs are the small, bipedal, semi-amphibious creatures of Azeroth, well known to players of World of Warcraft. Blizzard Entertainment has established a tradition of humorously creating Murloc pet mascots dressed or transformed in the likeness of major figures in the saga for special events or bonuses at BlizzCon conventions. Grommloc (named Gill'el here) is the miniaturised and 'murloc-ified' version of Grommash Hurlenfer, one of the most powerful and tragic orc leaders of the Horde.
