The Optimus Prime 4-60P spinning top features a ‘Balance’ configuration, comprising the Optimus Prime Blade, the Ratchet 4-60 and the Point Bit (P). Megatron 4-80B, on the other hand, favours the Endurance configuration, with the Megatron Blade, the Ratchet 4-80 and the Bit Ball (B). Both models can be taken apart and combined with other compatible parts from the Beyblade X range.

The set also utilises the Beyblade X-specific X-Celerator / Xtreme Dash system: when a Bey catches the track of a compatible Beystadium, it can accelerate sharply before colliding with its opponent. The arena required for this mechanism is sold separately.
