Invited to the end-of-year prom, she is elected queen of the evening before suffering the ultimate public humiliation orchestrated by her tormentors. The psychological trauma permanently breaks down her mental barriers, prompting her to use her destructive abilities to seal the gymnasium doors and condemn the building to an inferno of flames.
