Meet Yuru, the young hunter at the heart of *Daemons of the Shadow Realm*, with this figurine from the Luminasta range, produced by SEGA Goods.

The figurine depicts Yuru in a combat pose, holding his bow in front of him and preparing to fire an arrow. His blonde hair, red eyes and long yellow scarf capture his key distinguishing features. He also wears a blue tunic, brown trousers, high black boots and a quiver fastened to his waist.

The movement of the scarf and the drawn position of the bow lend a sense of action to the composition. Blue translucent effects spread around his legs, whilst the rocky base evokes the mountainous landscapes in which Yuru grew up. The figurine measures approximately 19 cm and is made of PVC.

Character’s origin and universe

Yuru is the protagonist of *Daemons of the Shadow Realm*, a dark fantasy series created by Hiromu Arakawa. Raised in an isolated village deep in the mountains, he initially leads the life of a hunter, unaware of the true nature of the bond that ties him to his twin sister, Asa.

Following an attack on his village, Yuru discovers the existence of the Tsugai, powerful supernatural creatures that appear in pairs and are bound to human masters. He then finds himself drawn into a conflict between several clans eager to seize the powers associated with the twins who separate day from night.

This figurine highlights his hunting skills and determined character through a pose with a bow, an outfit inspired by his home village, and a dynamic composition designed for display.
