His Blood Demon Art is based on Dream Manipulation and Hypnosis: he possesses the terrifying ability to plunge his targets into a deep, uninterrupted sleep by mixing his blood with ink or gas, then to manipulate their dreams to trap them in idyllic illusions before destroying their spiritual core. Capable of fusing his physical body with the entire metal structure of a train to transform the passengers into human livestock, Enmu uses his surgical cruelty to trap and attempt to defeat the Demon Slayer Tanjiro Kamado as well as the Flame Pillar, Kyojuro Rengoku.
