DEMON SLAYER – Tanjiro “Transparent World” – FIGURIZMα Figure
Relive one of the most pivotal moments in Tanjiro Kamado ’s journey with this FIGURIZMα “Transparent World” figurine, inspired by Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
Produced by SEGA, this figurine depicts Tanjiro as he reaches the mysterious “Transparent World” state, an exceptional level of perception that marks a new stage in his progression as a Demon Slayer.
The FIGURIZMα range focuses on dynamic compositions, expressive poses and sculpting that captures the full intensity of the battles from the series on which they are based. SEGA also presents this collection as one of its original ranges of prize figures dedicated to popular characters from Japanese animation.
This version of Tanjiro fits perfectly with this philosophy, emphasising his concentration and determination during the events at the Infinity Fortress, when the young Demon Slayer faces opponents of a calibre he has never encountered before.
A particularly interesting piece for Demon Slayer collectors, Tanjiro fans and those wishing to complete their collection centred on the saga’s decisive battles.

Character background and lore
Tanjiro Kamado is the main protagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. After his family was slaughtered by demons and his sister Nezuko was turned into a demon, he joined the Demon Slayers in order to find a way to restore her humanity and defeat Muzan Kibutsuji.
During his training, Tanjiro first masters the Breath of Water before gradually returning to the Hinokami Kagura, a dance passed down through his family which becomes central to his fighting style.
His development reaches a new stage during his battle against Akaza, the Third Upper Moon, alongside Giyu Tomioka.
Faced with Akaza’s overwhelming power, Tanjiro recalls the teachings and movements of his father, Tanjuro Kamado, and manages to attain the state known as the ‘Transparent World’. The official summary of volume 18 of the manga specifically confirms that Tanjiro reaches this 境界 during his fight against Akaza.
In this state of extreme concentration, his perception of his opponent’s body becomes considerably more precise. He can analyse the muscular movements and physical mechanisms that precede an attack, enabling him to anticipate the enemy’s actions with remarkable effectiveness.
This mastery is particularly important when facing Akaza, whose abilities rely in particular on his capacity to detect his opponents’ fighting spirit.
At the same time, Tanjiro manages to reach a state where his presence and his murderous intent become almost imperceptible. This combination enables him to cross a threshold he had never before surpassed and take his battle against Akaza to a completely different level.
The duel between Tanjiro, Giyu and Akaza is one of the major clashes in the Infinity Castle. The official website for the film *Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle – Akaza Returns* confirms that this part of the story forms part of the final battle in the Infinity Castle.
This FIGURIZMα “Transparent World” figurine thus captures a pivotal moment: the moment when Tanjiro no longer merely improves his physical strength, but reaches a level of perception and self-control reserved for the most accomplished fighters in the Demon Slayer universe.
