DEMON SLAYER - POP Animation N° 1749 - Nezuko (Demon Form)

This vinyl figure represents the character of Nezuko Kamado in her advanced demonic form, from the Japanese anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.

This model reproduces the visual characteristics of the young girl transformed into a demon, using the graphic style typical of the Funko POP! range, with an oversized head and simplified body. The figure features Nezuko with a unique horn on her forehead, veined leaf motifs engraved on her body, and long, tousled hair, reflecting the awakening of her fighting power at the expense of her usual human appearance.

In the Demon Slayer story created by Koyoharu Gotouge, Nezuko Kamado is the younger sister of the protagonist Tanjiro. The only survivor of the attack on their family unit by the original demon Muzan Kibutsuji, she finds herself transformed into a nocturnal creature. Unlike the other demons, Nezuko manages to retain some of her humanity, protecting humans rather than feeding on them. This figurine captures her specific metamorphosis during the Pleasure Quarter arc. Pushed to the limit by the enemy, she unleashes her awakened form or "advanced demon form", characterised by accelerated physical growth, tenfold strength and uncontrollable rage, forcing her to temporarily remove her traditional bamboo gag.
