Relive one of Dragon Ball Z’s most iconic attacks with this Ichibansho Son Goku figurine from the Spectacle Battle collection. Produced by Banpresto and Bandai Spirits, this figure, measuring approximately 17 cm, depicts the Saiyan in deep concentration, gathering his energy before unleashing a powerful Kamehameha.

The figurine features a particularly dynamic bust composition. Goku holds both hands out in front of him, his palms close together, encircling a translucent blue energy effect. His tense expression, open mouth and gaze fixed straight ahead convey the intensity of the effort he is putting in as he unleashes his technique.

His spiky black hair and his famous orange dōgi make the hero instantly recognisable in his normal form. The outfit features several tears revealing his torso and shoulders, as if after a particularly gruelling battle. The folds in the fabric, his musculature and the visible marks on his body accentuate the impression of a scene captured in the heat of battle.

Large, translucent energy effects surround the character and extend the movement of the attack. Character background and lore

Son Goku is a Saiyan who was sent to Earth whilst still a child. Raised far from civilisation by Son Gohan, he grew up as an innocent boy with exceptional strength and a deep passion for martial arts.

Throughout his adventures, Goku faces ever more powerful opponents and becomes one of Earth’s principal defenders. In Dragon Ball Z, he battles the Saiyans, Frieza, the cyborgs, Cell and Majin Buu, regularly pushing beyond his own limits to defend his family and friends.

The Kamehameha is Goku’s most famous technique. Created by his master, Master Roshi, it involves concentrating a large amount of ki in his hands before firing it as a powerful beam of energy. Goku managed to replicate it from childhood onwards after observing it just once.

He went on to develop numerous variations of this attack. He can use it whilst in mid-air, alter its trajectory, gradually increase its power, or combine it with teleportation to catch his opponent off guard at very close range.

In Dragon Ball Z, the Kamehameha is associated with several decisive moments, notably his battles against Vegeta, Frieza and Cell. The final showdown between Gohan’s father-and-son Kamehameha and Cell’s attack also remains one of the series’ most famous scenes.

This figurine captures the moment just before the technique is unleashed. The torn clothing, the tense expression and the translucent effects give the impression that Goku is mustering his last reserves of strength to turn the tide of battle with a final wave of energy.
