This model reproduces the visual characteristics of the machine, using the graphic style typical of the Funko POP! range, with stylised proportions and a simplified body. Morosely introduced in the post-apocalyptic role-playing video game Fallout: New Vegas (2010) developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Bethesda Softworks, Victor is a PDQ-8820 Securitron model originally developed by RobCo Industries before the Great War of 2077. Located in the isolated village of Goodsprings, this robot has the artificial personality of a friendly, protective, retro-inspired cowboy. He plays a crucial role at the start of the story by digging up the main protagonist (the Courier) left for dead in the local cemetery, then discreetly watching over his progress across the Mojave Desert. In reality, Victor is one of many automatons remotely controlled by the mysterious and influential Robert House from the Lucky 38 casino in New Vegas, serving as a mobile communications node to secure his far-reaching plans.
