The historic Mobile Suit piloted by the young hero Amuro Ray, the first Gundam is now available in a must-have period version in Bandai Hobby's classic BB Senshi collection. The "Animation Color" edition stands out specifically for its readjusted colour palette, abandoning the standard plastic colours for slightly desaturated blue and red hues and pure white, scrupulously modelled on the cells of the original anime.

This top-of-the-range model is all about retro simplicity and visual authenticity. The model benefits from an excellent separation of parts in plastic injected in the colours of the Base Blanche, eliminating the need for painting. A sheet of finishing stickers is included in the box to perfect the details of the mecha, in particular the black trimming of the optics and the badge on the front skirt. The little robot comes heavily equipped for battle, with a complete elite arsenal: his Beam Rifle, his red and white protective shield with the yellow star (Shield) and his Beam Saber. As an exclusive bonus, the box also includes the super-powerful Hyper Bazooka destruction cannon, allowing you to vary your display configurations.

The assembly experience is all about immediate mechanical pleasure and nostalgia. No messy glue, no expert tools required, all the precision parts fit together seamlessly by simply applying mechanical pressure thanks to Bandai's Snap-fit technology. The parts detach neatly from the clusters to provide clean finishes.
