General information

The Eurocopter Tiger played a central role in the battle for the satellite weapon system of the same name in the 17th James Bond film, *GoldenEye* (1995). As one of the most modern attack helicopters of its time, it was stolen by the villains during a military demonstration. This dramatic scene gave rise to one of the most spectacular chase sequences in the Bond series. The Tiger, developed by Eurocopter (now Airbus Helicopters), perfectly embodied the combination of military precision and cinematic action.
