Origin and character’s universe

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable is the fourth part of Hirohiko Araki’s manga. The story is set in the Japanese town of Morioh, where Josuke Higashikata and his allies investigate a series of strange events linked to Stands, supernatural manifestations unique to each user.

Yoshikage Kira is the main antagonist of this part. On the surface, he leads a calm, orderly and discreet life, but hides a deeply murderous nature. His obsession with a peaceful existence contrasts with his crimes and with his Stand, Killer Queen, capable of turning whatever it touches into a bomb.

Kira is characterised by his elegance, his chilling calm and his absolute determination never to be noticed. This duality between apparent normality and invisible menace makes him one of the most memorable villains in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
