Introduced during the formidable‘Culling Game’ arc, Hiromi Higuruma was originally a brilliant Japanese defence lawyer, yet one who had become deeply disillusioned by the flaws and injustices inherent in his country’s judicial system. Initiated into sorcery through Kenjaku’s Machiavellian schemes, he instantly developed an extraordinary mastery of occult energy, equivalent to that of a Class 1 sorcerer. 

His territory extension, known as Deadly Sentencing, materialises an occult court governed by strict rules where physical violence is prohibited. At his side stands Judgeman, an impartial entity possessing all the evidence of the crimes committed by the target. If the accused is found guilty of a serious crime, Judgeman pronounces the death penalty, allowing Higuruma to materialise the Executioner’s Sword to carry out the sentence instantly. This figurine captures the unique alliance between the rule of law and the raw power of occult spells.
