In the dark and mystical world of Jujutsu Kaisen, Suguru Geto is a former top-class exorcist who studied at the Tokyo Exorcism School alongside his best friend, Satoru Gojo. His innate cursed technique, ‘Manipulation of Cursed Spirits’, allows him to absorb cursed spirits he has previously defeated, controlling them and summoning them at will in battle. Deeply traumatised by the sacrifice of innocent exorcists to protect ordinary humans (whom he eventually comes to despise, calling them ‘monkeys’), Geto turns to the dark side. His goal becomes radical: to eradicate all non-exorcists from the planet to force human evolution and create a world purified of all negative cursed energy.
