ORIGIN AND CHARACTER BACKSTORY (LORE)
Created by Gege Akutami in the manga launched in 2018, Satoru Gojo is a top-class exorcist and teacher at the Tokyo Exorcism School. Recognisable by his spiky white hair and black headband concealing his eyes, he is portrayed as the most powerful exorcist of his time. He possesses the hereditary techniques of the Gojo clan, notably the "Power of Infinity" (Mukagen), which allows him to manipulate space at an atomic level, as well as the "Six Eyes" (Rikugan), an ocular trait granting him extrasensory perception of occult energy. His role is to train the new generation of exorcists whilst maintaining the balance of power against the plagues.
