Origin and background of the model (Lore)

The MNP-XH05 Zhao Yun belongs to the original universe developed by Motor Nuclear, which reimagines historical and legendary Chinese figures as richly armed and decorated mechas.

The model is inspired by Zhao Yun, the famous general from the Three Kingdoms period. In Chinese historical and literary tradition, Zhao Yun is notably associated with the Kingdom of Shu and is renowned for his loyalty, courage and exceptional abilities on the battlefield.

Motor Nuclear translates this image of a heroic warrior into a contemporary mechanical language: complex armour, oversized weapons, a slender silhouette and numerous oriental-inspired details give the mecha an instantly recognisable identity.

The Majestic Colour variant further emphasises this prestigious aspect through a specific colour palette.
