MY HERO ACADEMIA – Himiko Toga – Their Story 23 cm Figure
Discover one of the most memorable antagonists from My Hero Academia with this Himiko Toga – Their Story figurine, part of the collection dedicated to the series’ iconic female characters.
Standing approximately 23 cm tall, this figurine depicts Himiko in a pose that highlights her instantly recognisable appearance and her personality – at once playful, unsettling and unpredictable.
Her uniform, her distinctive blonde hairstyle and her mischievous expression perfectly capture the contrast that defines the character: behind an often light-hearted and smiling demeanour lies a dangerous fighter, driven by a very particular conception of love and attachment.
The ‘Their Story’ collection places greater emphasis on the characters’ identities and personal journeys than on spectacular battle scenes. This approach suits Himiko Toga particularly well, as her story plays a significant role in the themes of *My Hero Academia* centred on hero society, acceptance and the way in which Quirks influence the lives of those who possess them.
With its generous size and design faithful to the original work, this figurine is an excellent addition to the other characters in the Their Story collection, notably Ochaco Uraraka, Tsuyu Asui, Toru Hagakure and Nejire Hado.

Character background and lore
Himiko Toga is one of the most iconic members of the Villain Alliance in My Hero Academia. Behind her teenage appearance and often enthusiastic demeanour lies a deeply troubled personality, whose relationship with blood and love is directly linked to her Quirk.
Her Quirk, Transform, allows her to take on the appearance of another person after consuming their blood. The duration of the transformation depends on the amount absorbed, making blood a central element of both her abilities and her identity.
Ever since childhood, Himiko has harboured an intense fascination with blood. However, society and those around her have sought to make her suppress this part of herself so that she might adopt behaviour considered ‘normal’. This pressure gradually contributes to her isolation and her rejection of the rules imposed by hero society.
After leaving her ordinary life behind, she joins the League of Villains, where she finds a group with whom she can more fully express her true personality. In particular, she forms a close bond with Twice, with whom she develops a particularly strong relationship.
Toga also harbours a deep fascination for Izuku Midoriya and, above all, Ochaco Uraraka. This relationship gradually becomes one of the major themes of her development in the series. Both women have very different views on love, heroism and the place a person should occupy in society.
As the story unfolds, their conflict thus goes beyond a simple clash between heroine and villain. Ochaco seeks to understand what led Toga to become who she is, whilst Toga directly confronts the heroes with a fundamental question: can one truly save someone without seeking to understand how they feel?
This dimension makes Himiko Toga far more complex than a traditional antagonist. Her story highlights some of the flaws in the society of *My Hero Academia*, particularly its difficulty in supporting people whose Alters profoundly influence their impulses or behaviour.
The ‘Their Story’ collection is therefore particularly well-suited to Himiko: behind her smile, her knives and her transformations lies, above all, the story of a young girl desperately seeking a way to live according to her own conception of love.
