Meet OMGkawaiiAngel, also known by the nickname KAngel, with this Noodle Stopper figurine produced by FuRyu and inspired by the world of NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE. Standing approximately 14 cm tall, this non-articulated figurine captures the likeness of the famous ‘Internet Angel’ in her instantly recognisable streamer outfit, dominated by shades of pastel blue, white and pink. 

This new depiction features a particularly relaxed pose: OMGkawaiiAngel is leaning forwards over the edge of her stand, her face resting against one hand whilst the other is raised close to her face. Her long locks, shaped like pink and turquoise-blue ribbons, flow out widely around her figure, adding volume to the composition. Her blonde hairstyle, small colourful bows and light blue outfit retain the key graphic elements that define her online avatar.

FuRyu’s Noodle Stopper Figure collection is designed to allow the figures to rest on the edge of a shelf, a desk or another surface. The concept stems from the idea of using the figurine to hold the lid of a jar of instant noodles shut whilst preparing them.

OMGkawaiiAngel, affectionately known as KAngel, is the streamer persona adopted by Ame-chan in NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE. The original work by WSS playground follows her rise to fame on the internet over a period of thirty days, with the help of ‘P’, a character played by the gamer. Under her guise as an ‘internet angel’, KAngel seeks to become a leading figure in the streaming world and to build an ever-growing audience.

OMGkawaiiAngel’s persona is a distinct public identity separate from that of Ame-chan. Her long pink and turquoise locks, her light blue outfit and her aesthetic inspired by kawaii internet culture all contribute to this identity, which has been carefully crafted for her online streams. The character has become one of the franchise’s key figures, to the extent that she has secured collaborations, musical performances and a wide range of merchandise.

The franchise has also been expanded with a television adaptation of *NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE*, launched in 2026, in which OMGkawaiiAngel is portrayed as an extremely popular streamer nicknamed ‘the Internet Angel’.
