Bring the spirit of adventure from *Up* to your desk with this 3D pencil pot modelled on Carl and Ellie Fredricksen’s house. Designed by Cerdá under official Disney Pixar licence, this multifunctional accessory transforms the film’s iconic house into a decorative storage solution for pens, pencils, paintbrushes or other small items.
The sculpture captures the house’s asymmetrical and colourful façade, complete with its porch, steps, large bay window and varied roof lines. The walls combine shades of yellow, pink and blue, whilst the window frames and wooden panelling are rendered in relief to enhance the impression of an architectural miniature.
The dark grey roof features several slopes, a dormer window, a chimney and rows of sculpted tiles. A small weather vane sits atop the highest point, whilst a coiled garden hose appears near the front steps, echoing some of the domestic details visible around the house in the film.
The storage compartment is integrated into the chimney. The pens and pencils thus appear to emerge directly from the roof of the house, without detracting from the object’s overall silhouette. Made from resin, this pencil pot has a rigid structure and a painted finish designed for decorative use on a desk, bookcase or shelf.

Origin and background of the item (Lore)
The house depicted belongs to Carl and Ellie Fredricksen. It has been part of their story since childhood, when they discovered they shared the same admiration for the explorer Charles Muntz and the same dream of travelling to Paradise Falls in South America.
Over the years, the house became a symbol of their life together. Carl and Ellie restored it, decorated it and filled it with their memories, whilst regularly putting money aside to fund their grand journey. However, the difficulties of everyday life forced them to postpone their plans on several occasions.
After Ellie’s death, Carl refuses to leave the house despite the changes taking place in the neighbourhood around him. To avoid being sent to a care home and to finally fulfil their dream, he ties thousands of balloons to the chimney and lifts the entire building into the air.
The house then becomes a veritable flying machine, unwittingly taking the young scout Russell along on the adventure. Carl seeks to land it at the top of Paradise Falls, in keeping with the promise he made to Ellie, before realising that the memories it holds must not prevent him from experiencing new things.
This pencil pot depicts the house before it takes flight, with its colourful architecture and central chimney. The opening in the chimney allows one of the story’s most important elements to be used as practical storage, whilst retaining the house’s instantly recognisable appearance.
