Origin and character lore

Dracolosse, known as Dragonite in English, is Pokémon No. 149 in the Pokédex. A Dragon and Flying-type Pokémon, it represents the final stage of the evolutionary line beginning with Minidraco, which then evolves into Draco before reaching its final form.

Despite its powerful appearance and imposing build, Dragonite is regularly portrayed in the Pokémon universe as a creature with a benevolent nature. Its rounded silhouette and friendly face contrast with the power generally associated with Dragon-type Pokémon.

Dracolosse is one of the original first-generation Pokémon, making it one of the franchise’s oldest and most recognisable creatures. Throughout the games and the animated series, several prominent Trainers have owned a Dracolosse, notably Peter, a Dragon-type Pokémon specialist, and Ash in the animated series.

The Soft Colour variant of this Funko Pop! reimagines this iconic Pokémon in lighter, pastel shades. This finish gives the original model a softer, more refined look, making it easy to distinguish this edition from the standard version of Pop! No. 850.
