Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Released in 2007, Pixar's masterpiece tells the story of Rémy, a young Parisian sewer rat with a highly developed sense of smell and an innate talent for cooking. Refusing to eat rubbish like the rest of his colony, he dreams of following in the footsteps of the late great chef Auguste Gusteau, whose maxim was "Anyone can cook". Separated from his family, he ends up in the kitchens of his idol's prestigious restaurant. By secretly teaming up with the clumsy young Alfredo Linguini, he manages to express his culinary genius by manipulating his hair under his chef's hat. This exclusive model is a perfect illustration of Rémy's unconditional love of flavour combinations and good produce.
